Spine Hospital is an ongoing 10-bed speciality hospital developed for Dr.Nivesh, designed as a focused clinical facility for spine-related consultation, diagnostics, surgical intervention and inpatient recovery. The project is planned as a compact healthcare environment where all essential clinical functions are efficiently integrated to support smooth patient flow and coordinated treatment.

AMRD’s planning approach emphasises strong spatial and functional relationships between consultation, diagnostics, operation theatre services and inpatient care. The hospital includes reception and waiting areas integrated with pharmacy, OPD, X-ray, operation theatre, CSSD, doctors’ room, and a mix of shared and private patient rooms, ensuring that all core services remain within close operational proximity.

The zoning strategy ensures that outpatient and diagnostic areas are easily accessible at the entry level, while the OT and CSSD are positioned for direct and efficient connectivity with inpatient and recovery areas. This arrangement streamlines the clinical workflow, enabling a clear and uninterrupted patient journey from consultation and imaging through surgery and post-operative care.

The project demonstrates how a highly efficient healthcare facility can be organised within a compact footprint of approximately 300 sqm, delivering a fully functional 10-bed spine speciality hospital with integrated consultation, imaging, operative care and inpatient recovery spaces in a cohesive clinical setting.
