Located in Surat, Gujarat, Dhameliya Kidney Hospital and Lithotripsy Center is a 46-bed Nephrology and Urology speciality hospital developed for Dr.Dhameliya over approximately 1,705sq.m. The hospital was completed in 2025 and is planned primarily across the fifth floor with a portion of the fourth floor, integrating outpatient consultation, diagnostics, emergency care, surgery, critical care and inpatient accommodation within a compact speciality healthcare environment.

AMRD’s planning approach focused on creating efficient relationships between Nephrology, Urology, diagnostics, surgical care and inpatient functions, while optimising the available floor plate. The fifth floor accommodates the main reception and waiting area, pharmacy, sample collection, 3 OPDs, administration, sonography, X-ray and Emergency, along with the principal surgical and inpatient departments.

The surgical zone comprises one major OT, 2 minor OTs and 1 septic OT, supported by pre- and post-operative recovery, CSSD and a 2-bed ICU. The same level also includes general wards, sharing rooms and private rooms, allowing consultation, treatment, surgery and recovery to remain closely coordinated.

A portion of the fourth floor is dedicated to deluxe and suite rooms, providing higher-category inpatient accommodation separate from the busier clinical areas.

The project demonstrates compact speciality-hospital planning by bringing together diagnostics, emergency care, multiple OTs, ICU and inpatient services within a limited footprint. Dhameliya Kidney Hospital is designed to provide a focused and efficient environment for comprehensive renal and urological care.
