Orthopaedic Super-Speciality Hospital | Surgical Care | Compact Single-Floor Planning

Located in Surat, Gujarat, Sarvam Orthopaedic Hospital is an 8-bed orthopaedic super-speciality hospital developed for Dr.Shrujal Shah over approximately 355 sq.m. Planned entirely on a single floor, the project required efficient space utilisation to integrate outpatient consultation, surgery, inpatient care and essential support services within a compact footprint. The project was completed in 2025.

AMRD’s planning approach focused on maintaining clear functional relationships between consultation, surgical and recovery areas while ensuring smooth patient movement. The hospital includes reception and waiting, pharmacy, 2 OPDs, 1 major OT, 1 minor OT, CSSD, a general ward, sharing rooms and private rooms.

The compact layout brings the operation theatres and sterile support areas into close coordination while providing separate zones for outpatient and inpatient care. The project demonstrates how a limited floor plate can be efficiently transformed into a focused orthopaedic facility with complete consultation, operative and short-stay inpatient services.
