Speciality Orthopaedic Clinic | Joint Replacement | Day-Care & Rehabilitation

Located in Surat, Gujarat, The Clinic is a 182 sq.m. speciality orthopaedic clinic developed for Dr. Manu Sharma, a leading joint replacement surgeon with extensive experience in knee and hip replacement procedures. The clinic is designed as a focused consultation and day-care centre supporting diagnosis, minor procedures, rehabilitation, and patient counselling within a compact and highly efficient clinical environment. The project was completed in 2025.

AMRD’s planning approach emphasised the creation of a seamless patient journey, integrating consultation, investigation, treatment, and rehabilitation within a single organised space. The clinic includes three OPDs with an associated counselling room, VIP waiting area, sonography, X-ray, day-care facilities, a minor OT/procedure room, physiotherapy unit, and a compact pharmacy.

The compact spatial zoning enables close coordination between consultation, imaging, procedures, and physiotherapy, allowing patients to progress through multiple stages of orthopaedic care without fragmentation of services. Special attention was given to patient comfort, privacy, and efficient internal circulation, ensuring smooth movement within the limited floor area while maintaining clinical functionality.

The project establishes a specialised healthcare environment that supports Dr. Manu Sharma’s joint replacement practice through an integrated model of consultation, diagnostics, day-care intervention, and rehabilitation services, all accommodated within a well-structured 182 sq.m. clinic.
