Urology Super-Speciality Hospital | Advanced Surgical Care | Compact Clinical Planning

Excel Hospital is an ongoing 12-bed Urology Super-Speciality Hospital being developed for Dr.Kapil Thakkar over approximately 1,032 sq.m. The hospital is planned to provide advanced urological consultation, diagnostics, surgical treatment and inpatient care within a compact and efficiently organised healthcare environment.

AMRD’s planning approach focuses on creating strong functional relationships between outpatient consultation, diagnostics, surgery, recovery and inpatient accommodation. The facility includes reception and waiting, four OPDs, sample collection room, pharmacy and pathology laboratory, allowing consultation and diagnostic services to function in close coordination.

The surgical zone comprises one major OT and one minor OT, supported by a recovery room and CSSD. Inpatient accommodation includes twin-sharing and private rooms, creating an appropriate balance between clinical efficiency and patient comfort.

The project is planned as a focused super-speciality facility where the complete patient journey—from consultation and investigation to surgery, recovery and inpatient care—is integrated within a single coordinated environment. On completion, Excel Hospital is intended to provide advanced and specialised urological care within a well-planned 12-bed facility.
