Located in Surat, Gujarat, OM Hospital is an Orthopaedic Speciality Hospital developed for Dr.ManishbhaiMendapara over approximately 4,173sq.m. The hospital is planned within a mixed-use building with two basement levels dedicated to parking and commercial shops on the ground floor, while the upper floors accommodate the complete clinical programme. The project was completed in 2026.

AMRD’s study and planning approach focuses on organising specialised orthopaedic services efficiently within the available upper-floor configuration. Particular emphasis is placed on convenient outpatient access, emergency and diagnostic support, surgical zoning, inpatient accommodation and close functional relationships between operation theatres, recovery and critical care.

The first floor serves as the principal orthopaedic outpatient and emergency level, accommodating reception and waiting, pharmacy, 5 OPDs, X-ray, emergency OT, autoclave room and plaster room. The second floor contains Ophthalmology department with 4 OPDs, LASIK OT and refraction room.

The third floor is dedicated to inpatient accommodation with sharing and private rooms.

The fourth floor forms the main surgical and critical-care zone, comprising major and minor operation theatres, ICU, pre- and post-operative recovery areas, and doctors’ and staff rest facilities.

The fifth, sixth, and seventh floors are reserved for future expansion, allowing for the addition of further inpatient, clinical, or support facilities as required.

The project is planned as a compact speciality hospital with clear vertical segregation between outpatient, inpatient and surgical functions. The arrangement supports efficient patient movement while providing the essential diagnostic, emergency, operative and recovery infrastructure required for orthopaedic care.

On completion in 2026, OM Hospital provides a focused 25-bed orthopaedic healthcare facility within approximately 3,290 sq.m., combining consultation, diagnostics, emergency treatment, surgery, critical care and inpatient services within a coordinated clinical environment.
